School grades. Student loans. Rent. Mortgage. Medical bills. Debt. Breakups and heartaches. These are the things that make us worry in our daily lives, the things that bring us down from time to time.

Life isn’t easy, we all know that. And while smashing something to pieces won’t make your problems go away, it’ll certainly make coping with them a little easier. Plus, it’s a lot of fun even if you’re not stressed out!
